L3:  

It is Dr. Josh in Grand Island, Nebraska, and here at Wilderness Ridge Chiropractic we believe that the body is kind of like the wilderness. Therefore, we are on an adventure to explore each segment of the spine.   

Today’s segment is L3. 

L3 is the 3rd vertebrae of the lumbar spine. 

It supplies the neurology to the genitalia, uterus, bladder, and knees. 

Consequently, if there is dysfunction in this area it could cause or be associated with bladder issues, menstrual problems such as painful or irregular periods, impotency, enuresis, and thigh pain or numbness. 

And that was our exploration of L3.
